ACT on Tinnitus
Tinnitus a medical condition in which people hear sounds, like ringing, buzzing, or roaring, when no external noise is happening.
ACT can change your relationship with distressing sounds and significantly improve your quality of life if you have chronic tinnitus.
The eight lessons in this course will help you better understand your reactions to tinnitus, deal with difficult thoughts, and use acceptance skills to manage your tinnitus experience. Bonus content includes worksheets, audio files, and extra videos.
This course isn’t a replacement for therapy or audiological care, but it offers valuable insights and practical tools to help you take meaningful steps in your recovery.
